products. All Geister products are covered by the following warranty: GEISTER manufactures only the highest quality surgical
equipment. All surgical devices except items mentioned below are
unconditionally guaranteed against defects in material and
workmanship when used for their intended surgical purpose and cared
for in accordance with recommended procedures. Any device proving so
defective will, at the sole discretion of GEISTER, be repaired or
replaced free of charge.
This warranty does
not include normal wear and tear and very delicate instruments. For normal use, service and maintenance are available for a
nominal charge. For service, contact your local dealer or send
instruments directly to GEISTER.
We are
certified by TÜV Sued according DIN ISO
9001 and ISO 13485 and for CE-mark.
Our FDA registration number is 8010697.
Please
read our instructions for use of reusable surgical
instruments carefully before taking your GEISTER instrument into
use. We also recommend you to study the red
brochure of the A-K-I .
