High-grade materials, uncompromised workmanship:
Container bodies from anodized aluminium provide excellent characteristics regarding their drying properties and weight. Large filter surfaces facilitate steam penetration and pressure-equalizing. The lids are fitted with a durable silicone seal, which never tends to loose its elasticity and tightening capabilities even after numerous cycles. Practical details such as the heat-insulated handles protect from painful contacts while handling. Powerful locking mechanisms can withstand even the toughest conditions. Indicator labels provide for process safety.
Bodies are available either in perforated or non-perforated version. Non-perforated bottoms are suitable for fractionated vacuum sterilization and fractionated steam injection sterilization. Perforated bottoms with filter system are mandatory for steam gravity sterilization and pre-vacuum steam sterilization.
Lids can be delivered in 2 different materials: in stainless steel (standard), which is sturdy and scratch-resistant, or in lightweight color-anodized aluminium (optional - choice of 5 colors). You can choose from either the environmentally favourable longtime textile filters (for approx. 60 cycles) or from single-use paper filters, providing you the maximum in process safety. Durable security seals are agvailable in order to avoid any accidental opening.
Additionally, our special sterilization cases made from stainless steel or plastic with silicone strips or mats are the perfect choice for protecting and handling your valuable and delicate microsurgical instruments.
